Dates to be confirmed
Musical trains at the MNR take place in the evenings during the summer months, where passengers can relax and hear live music being played music on platforms and on board the moving train.
For 2022, we are not running any musical trains. We're hoping to bring this back in 2023.
The live music starts departure station before train departure at 7:30pm and continues throughout the whole journey (apart from a few moments to take breath!) while you can sit back and enjoy the ride.
The train stops at some of our smaller station platforms along the way to soak up the heritage atmosphere and you can also have a little dance if you wish!
We also make a visit to the privately-owned and beautifully-restored Hardingham station, where our ordinary trains do not call at except on special occasions.
The ticket price, to be confirmed, includes travel between Dereham and Wymondham.
A train buffet will be open during the journey with a selection of alcoholic, hot and cold soft drinks, cakes, crisps, etc.
The evening starts from (time to be confirmed) and finishes by approximately (time to be confirmed).
