All aboard the Mid Norfolk Railway Halloween Train!

​Join us for a spooktacular time on our hugely popular returning Halloween Trains on 31st October!

📍Departing from Wymondham Abbey Halt on Saturday 31st October 2026

🚉 Our heritage BR Class 142 061 Pacer unit will be undertaking round trips between Wymondham Abbey Halt and "Haunted Hardingham" Station at pre-booked intervals during the day - 10am, 11.45am, 1.30pm and 3.15pm

🎟️ Tickets are priced at £7.50 per person **under 3's travelling for free on a parent's lap

👻 At spookily decorated Haunted Hardingham Station there will be halloween themed craft ativities, as well as games and the opportunity to purchase light refreshements.

🎁Each child (aged 3 - 15) will be presented with a goody bag  containing a skele-ton of creepy treats!

PLEASE NOTE - all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unacompanied children will not be permitted to ride the train alone. Due to lack of space, prams, pushchairs and buggies are not permitted to be taken on the train and cannot be stored at Wymondham Abbey Station.

"Haunted Hardingham" does not have public toilet facilities, therefore we would recommend using the facilities at Wymondham Abbey Halt prior to boarding.

The time slot you book is the time your train leaves. Check-in opens 30 minutes prior to your booked train time and closes 10 minutes before departure.

Publicity photos may be taken on the day. If you have any concerns, please speak to one of our staff.
In the event of severe weather, a decision regarding cancellation will be announced on our website no later than 29th October.

​** Children under 3 years old can travel free of charge when seated on a parent or guardian’s lap. If you would like your child under 3 to have their own seat, a ticket must be purchased for £7.50.
