The Mid-Norfolk Railway (MNR) is delighted to announce the release of its 2026 running programme, offering an exciting year of heritage railway operations, family events, and enthusiast experiences.
The 2026 programme will once again showcase the best of the railway, with regular heritage diesel and steam services planned throughout the season. Alongside the core timetables, visitors can look forward to a calendar of special events, including themed weekends, gala celebrations, and seasonal favourites.
“Our 2026 running programme reflects the continued commitment of our volunteers and staff to providing a memorable experience for all who visit the railway,” said Samantha Taylor, General Manager. “We are proud to share the heritage of Norfolk’s railway and look forward to welcoming both regular passengers and first-time visitors next year.”
Full details of the 2026 timetable and special events will be published on the Mid-Norfolk Railway website in the coming weeks. Tickets for selected events will also be available for advance booking online.

A few nights ago I was scrolling through social media after work here in the UK and noticed a short post where someone talked about relaxing with online games instead of watching TV. That idea sounded interesting, so I decided to search around a bit. After jumping between several pages I ended up opening https://winzter.uk/ and decided to give it a try. My first few attempts weren’t very lucky, and I almost stopped playing. Then the situation changed and I had a short streak of decent wins that helped me recover my losses and made the evening more entertaining.
My Facebook feed was getting cluttered with spoilers and topics I’m not interested in, but I found this useful guide: https://www.standsapp.org/blog/mute-words-on-facebook/. It shows exactly how to filter out specific phrases and keywords so you don't have to see them anymore. It’s a very simple setup and really helps in making social media less overwhelming. If you want to customize what shows up on your timeline, you should definitely give it a look.
Great to see the Mid-Norfolk Railway announcing their 2026 programme—it's always nice to have these heritage railways to look forward to. Regular steam and diesel services plus themed weekends and galas make for a proper day out, whether you're a railway enthusiast or just looking for something different with the family. Having volunteers and staff committed to keeping this kind of history alive is really what makes these experiences special. Looking forward to seeing the full timetable when it's released. On a completely different note, for anyone curious, I've been looking into Gramsbet reviews recently. Just a neutral mention. Thanks for sharing the update.
This is exciting to see the 2026 running programme! I wonder how you decide which routes to prioritize? Also, do you think this will attract more younger visitors, similar to how "Geometry Dash Subzero" brings in new gamers with its fun challenges?
Really enjoyed reading this update — it’s great to see such a full and exciting 2026 running programme laid out for the Mid‑Norfolk Railway. The mix of regular heritage steam and diesel services alongside themed events and gala weekends sounds like it will offer something special for families, rail enthusiasts, and anyone interested in nostalgic travel experiences throughout the year. I especially appreciate how volunteers and staff are highlighted for their dedication — it’s clear a lot of passion goes into preserving and sharing this piece of Norfolk’s railway heritage. I recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog https://samedaydiplomas.com/, and it offered an interesting perspective on planning visits to classic attractions like this. Looking forward to seeing…
