The Dino Squad Express

Join us at the Mid-Norfolk Railway for an exciting prehistoric adventure as you encounter a of dinosaurs in all shapes and sizes! Team with the Dino Squad and their Rangers to rescue the stolen raptor eggs and help reunite Ralph with his babies.
Your adventure kicks off at Dereham Station, where you'll meet the Dino Squad and their Rangers—don't forget to check out the WANTED posters! As you board steam-hauled train, you'll have the chance to meet baby dinosaurs at your table before arriving at Thuxton Station—keep an eye out for the egg-stealing! On the return trip to Dereham, more baby dinosaurs will you, and once you arrive, you can play with Ralph the Raptor and enjoy dinosaur-themed carnival games and activities. Plus, consider getting your face painted by Wild Ones Face Painting and show off your best dinosaur ROAR (additional costs apply).

Price: £22.50 per person, under 2s can travel for free on an adult's lap. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult.
Advance Tickets
Your ticket grants you one round trip between Dereham and Thuxton (approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes***) at your selected time, along with access to our station and entertainment options. Enjoy dinosaur-themed activities, carnival games, photo opportunities, displays, and a gift shop at Dereham Station filled with dinosaur-themed merchandise. Our tea room will be open, offering refreshments and snacks for everyone, including special dinosaur-themed lunch boxes.
